Before Delivery
What to know for a residential delivery.
We walk you through it when you order. Here's the short version.
Placement
A driveway, gravel pad, or firm, level ground works well. The driver sets the container where you choose, as long as the truck can reach it.
Truck access
Plan for about 120' of truck access for any size, plus around 14' of clearance under wires and branches.
HOA & local rules
Some cities and HOAs limit where or how long a container can sit. It's worth a quick check with your HOA or city before delivery.
Security
Steel walls and lockable doors. Add a padlock or lockbox and it's far more secure than a typical shed.
Payment
Nothing is due until the container is delivered to your property.
